Mr. Lin is a seasoned technologist and senior executive with over 20 years of experience in commercial software development and systems engineering. His expertise spans an extensive array of cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, business process automation, cloud computing, federated information sharing, data security, data warehousing, distributed computing, and enterprise services.

Since co-founding TETRA Software in 2010, Mr. Lin has served as its Chief Technology Officer, where he leads the development and innovation of the company’s proprietary TETRA Platform™. This advanced platform leverages a hybrid-AI approach to deliver solutions for large-scale data integration and analysis. The platform’s intuitive visual interface and extensive component library streamline the aggregation, analysis, and transformation of data, making it adaptable across industries such as healthcare, finance, and government.

Prior to founding TETRA, Mr. Lin was the Technical Lead at Visual Analytics, Inc., where he spearheaded the design, development, and deployment of commercial software solutions in federated search, data mining, information sharing, geographic information systems (GIS), and data visualization. These solutions were implemented in sectors including national intelligence, law enforcement, and anti-money laundering, providing critical information-sharing capabilities to clients such as the U.S. government, international law enforcement agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. His leadership played a pivotal role in delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to address complex, mission-critical challenges.

Mr. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland. He also holds advanced certifications in systems engineering and enterprise software solution development.

Mr. Lin resides in Rockville, MD, with his wife and daughter.
