Our Sacred Commitment

Your Data Is Yours.
Period.

InPursuit Health was built on a foundational belief: the organizations and individuals who generate healthcare data are its rightful owners. We will never sell, broker, or monetize your information. Our role is to protect it, organize it, and put it to work — for you.

HIPAA Compliant
End-to-End Encryption
Federal Agency Validated
Zero Data Resale — Ever
The InPursuit Data Oath

Six Promises We Make to
Every Patient & Provider

These aren't marketing slogans. They are binding commitments embedded into every partnership agreement, every line of code, and every decision we make as a company.

We Will Never Sell Your Data

Your health information will never be sold, traded, brokered, or transferred to third parties for profit. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to pharmaceutical companies. Not to anyone. This isn't a policy — it's a principle that cannot be overridden.

Contractually Guaranteed

You Own Your Data — Always

Every provider and patient retains full intellectual property ownership of their data at all times. InPursuit is a custodian and a tool — never an owner. If you leave, your data leaves with you. We provide full data portability with no export fees and no holdbacks.

IP Ownership Guaranteed

Military-Grade Protection

Our TETRA platform was built to meet Department of Defense security standards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and real-time audit logging ensure that only authorized individuals touch your information.

DoD-Level Security

Full Transparency, Always

You will always know exactly what data we hold, how it's used, and who has accessed it. Our platform provides real-time audit trails, access logs, and data usage reports. There are no hidden processes, no shadow analytics, and no secondary uses you haven't explicitly approved.

Real-Time Audit Trails

AI That Serves You — Not Us

Our artificial intelligence exists for one purpose: to improve health outcomes for patients and reduce administrative burden for providers. AI insights are generated from your data to serve your patients. We do not aggregate, anonymize, or repurpose clinical data to train models for external sale.

Patient-First AI

Continuous Security Investment

Security is not a checkbox — it's an ongoing commitment. We continuously invest in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, compliance audits, and emerging threat intelligence. As the threat landscape evolves, our defenses evolve faster. Your data protection never expires.

Ongoing Commitment
"We built InPursuit Health on a simple, unbreakable rule: the people who generate health data are the people who own it. No exceptions. No loopholes. No fine print."

in Healthcare

TETRA was forged in the most demanding environments in healthcare IT — the U.S. Military Health System and the Department of Veterans Affairs. The same security architecture that protects service members protects your patients.

How We Use Artificial Intelligence —
And How We Don't

AI is a powerful tool for improving patient outcomes. But power demands responsibility. Here's exactly how InPursuit uses AI — and where we draw hard lines.

01

AI Identifies Care Gaps — Not Marketing Targets

Our AI analyzes clinical data to find patients overdue for annual wellness visits, flag uncontrolled chronic conditions, and recommend evidence-based interventions. It exists to close care gaps, not to profile consumers.

02

Your Data Trains Your Models — Nobody Else's

When AI learns from your patient population, those insights stay with your practice. We never pool your clinical data with other organizations to build products we sell elsewhere. Your data, your intelligence, your competitive advantage.

03

Clinicians Make Decisions — AI Informs Them

AI generates recommendations and surfaces patterns. It never overrides physician judgment, auto-prescribes treatments, or makes clinical decisions autonomously. The provider is always the quarterback.

04

Explainable, Auditable, Accountable

Every AI-generated recommendation includes the reasoning behind it. No black boxes. Providers can see why a patient was flagged, what data drove the alert, and how confidence scores were calculated.

05

Bias Monitoring & Fairness Checks

We continuously test our models for demographic bias in risk scoring, care recommendations, and patient outreach prioritization. Equitable care delivery isn't optional — it's engineered into the platform.

The TETRA AI Promise

Every line of AI code in the TETRA platform is governed by a single principle:

"Does this improve patient outcomes or reduce provider burden?"

If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.

What we will never do: Sell AI-derived insights, share anonymized data sets, license predictive models built on your patients, or allow third-party access to your clinical intelligence.

The InPursuit Difference

Not Every Health Tech Company
Treats Your Data the Same

The healthcare technology industry has a trust problem. Here's how InPursuit does things differently.

Practice Industry Typical InPursuit Health
Data Ownership Vendor retains rights to "anonymized" data You own 100% — contractually guaranteed
Data Resale De-identified data sold to third parties Never sold, traded, or brokered — ever
AI Model Training Your data trains vendor's commercial products Your data trains only your insights
Data Portability Export fees, proprietary formats, long delays Full export in standard formats, no fees
Transparency Buried in 40-page terms of service Real-time audit logs accessible to you
Security Investment Minimum required for compliance DoD-grade, continuously invested
Revenue Model Data monetization supplements SaaS fees Revenue share on outcomes only — data is never the product

Veteran-Owned. Mission-Driven.

InPursuit Health was founded by veterans who understand what it means to be entrusted with sensitive information. In the military, mishandling classified data isn't a policy violation — it's a betrayal of trust. We bring that same unwavering standard to every byte of health data on our platform. Protecting information isn't just what we do. It's who we are.

Infrastructure Transparency — InPursuit Health uses enterprise cloud infrastructure providers (including compute, storage, and network services) to deliver the TETRA platform. These subprocessors operate under strict data processing agreements, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, and are bound by the same no-resale, no-training obligations described in our Data Oath. A full subprocessor list is available upon request by contacting privacy@InPursuitHealth.com.
Data Incident Response Commitment — In the event of a confirmed data security incident, InPursuit Health commits to: (1) notify affected parties within 60 hours of discovery as required by HIPAA Breach Notification Rule; (2) provide a plain-language explanation of what occurred, what data was involved, and what steps we are taking; (3) offer complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services where applicable; and (4) publish a post-incident transparency report. We believe accountability after a breach is as important as prevention before one.
